The Medical Center Service Board is a membership organization that supports the patient care, education and research mission of Ohio State’s Medical Center. Through a variety of events and projects, the Service Board has raised more than $1,000,000.The Service Board provides grants to fund Medical Center projects that enhance the patient and family experience.

General Membership Meetings & Programs

The Medical Center Service Board holds three General Membership Meetings annually. Each meeting includes lunch and a Medical Center speaker. Guests and non-members are welcome as well.

The content of the presentations is interesting, informative and relevant to our audience with a question and answer session. The guest speakers are engaging and motivating experts in their field. Detail about the next meeting.

Service Board Newsletter

The Service Board Newsletter is issued quarterly and is our most important means of communication with our membership and supporters on a current and continuing basis to keep them involved and interested. It offers snapshots of recent events, outings, and fundraisers with relevant happenings with Service Board sharing its accomplishments and reinforcing our members’ loyalty, our supporters’ awareness and affinity.Our members literally see themselves as part of Service Board!

Whether you’re interested in fund raising, event planning, volunteering your time, you’ll find many ways to make a difference when you’re connected to The Medical Center Service Board.This non-profit organization is open to all individuals interested in furthering research, education and patient care excellence for one of the nation’s top healthcare institutions.

You support the Service Board from the day you join through your membership dues. Service Board members will receive the newsletter with information on general membership meetings, educational offerings, fund raisers and service opportunities.
