The Wexner Medical Center at The Ohio State University is pleased to provide opportunities for students applying to programs that require observation hours as part of their application process. This program is not to determine career interest, but to fulfill a specific application requirement.
It is the students’ obligation to know their program’s requirements and to obtain the documentation form(s) the program requires prior to the start of observation hours.
We can accommodate a limited number of students; therefore, we encourage students to begin the observation process at least six months in advance of their application date. We cannot guarantee that we can provide all of the hours a student wants or requires.
We currently have Radiology observation opportunities at the Medical Center on Ohio State’s main campus (including Radiation Therapy) and at Ohio State University Hospital East. Follow the contact instructions below for your location preference; in the message please provide your first and last name, your contact information, the program to which you are applying, and your availability and time frame.
