Information Session Registration 

Please join us for a FREE bariatric surgery information session hosted by The Ohio State University Medical Center’s Bariatric Surgery Program on the fourth Tuesday of each month.

Tuesday, May 27 from 6:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Tuesday, June 24 from 6:30 – 8:00 p.m.

Parking:  Free parking is available in the attached Hospitals Garage

During this program, attendees will:

• Learn about our weight loss surgery program and surgical options
• Receive information that will help them determine if they are a candidate and if the program is right for them
• Hear stories from former bariatric surgery patients
• Meet the OSU Bariatric Surgery team and have the opportunity to ask questions
• Receive application packet
