At the OSU Center for Wellness & Prevention, our most popular program is our general fitness membership. This membership provides you access to aerobic and body toning classes including yoga and water fitness classes, use of the aerobic and strength training equipment, orientation to exercise equipment, and development of a personalized fitness program in a group setting. If you’re new to the fitness environment or even if you are a seasoned athlete, you will appreciate knowing there is always an exercise specialist available to answer your questions and provide you with guidance and encouragement. Our fitness facility offers a wide selection of exercise equipment options including treadmills, cross-trainers, stair masters, upright and recumbent bikes, rowing machines, upper body ergometers, free weights and weight training machines. Whether you want to learn healthy eating habits, shed extra weight or just want to keep active, the trained staff of the OSU Center for Wellness & Prevention is focused on helping you to achieve your personal best.
