The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center offers an international travel clinic to help you stay healthy while traveling. Our clinic is devoted to the promotion of the health of international travelers through education as well as the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of travel-related illnesses. We offer comprehensive travel-related medical services including:

  • Pre-travel evaluation and counseling
  • Destination-specific risk assessment
  • Travel immunizations and medications

We are linked to a state-of-the-art computer database that provides us with the most up-to-date information on health, social and political situations around the world. We also provide the necessary immunizations and medication prescriptions that may be recommended or required for international traveler’s itineraries.

Please schedule your appointment 4 weeks before your departure to allow enough time for appropriate immunizations. Although advance appointments are preferable, if necessary we can see you on shorter notice.​
