Directions to UH East 

If you are scheduled for a sleep study, please arrive 15-20 minutes prior to your appointment. Parking is conveniently located  in the West lot. Please register at West Registration.

Appointment Cancellation
If you need to cancel an appointment, we ask that you give 48 hours notice. If you do not call to cancel your sleep study and you do not arrive for your appointment, ALL of your following dates will be canceled.

Prescription Refills
If you need a prescription refill, please allow seven-10 days for your physician to sign your prescription. Do not let your prescription run out before you call for a refill. Allow extra time when you use prescription mail services.
