Referrals and Insurance
Physician referrals for traditional services are covered by most health plans. Referral to Integrative Medicine non-physician clinicians, such as acupuncturists, chiropractors and others may or may not be covered. Each health care plan is different.
Please check with your health insurance carrier before scheduling an appointment at Integrative Medicine.
Patients are welcome to self-refer as allowed by health insurance plans or in cases where they are able and willing to cover services rendered out of pocket (cash/check or credit card).
You may self-refer for classes, but be aware that there is no insurance coverage at this time for any type of class. You will need to pay up front for any class at the time of registration.
It is your responsibility to ensure each service and provider is covered by your insurance plan before making an appointment.
Charges not covered by health insurance providers will be the responsibility of the patient.
