Gentle Yoga
This class offers a gentle flowing sequence synchronizing breath and movement. It is designed to clear the mind, strengthen vitality and nourish inner peace.  The emphasis of this class is on balancing the body, mind and spirit in a steady and comfortable manner.  Postures will enhance core strength, flexibility, muscle tone and body awareness.

Yoga Level 2
Level 2 offers the same flowing sequence in a more challenging manner.  Emphasis is on core strength, flexibility and internal health.
