This is a program for the self-motivated exerciser of any level. It includes:
- Aerobics /Strengthening classes
- Yoga
- Body Recall
- Warm water pool classes
- Use of the aerobic and strength training equipment
- Orientation to exercise equipment and development of a program in a group setting
- Professional staff assistance on the exercise floor
Individuals participating in this program will need to attend a mandatory exercise equipment orientation prior to beginning an exercise program.
