Weight Training (For Beginners) 

This specialized class introduces weight training for participants that have always wanted to try lifting weights but want more guidance.  The class incorporates lifting dumbbells, resistive bands and weighted balls. This class uses a variety of exercises and instructs you how to perform correctly for maximum effectiveness and safety.
