Scott Maffett, MD, is a cardiologist and assistant professor of clinical medicine at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center.
He earned his medical degree from The Ohio State University College of Medicine and completed his residency and fellowship in adult cardiovascular disease at Ohio State, where he was also Chief Fellow.
His clinical interests include valvular heart disease, heart surgery (evaluation of patients before surgery and management after surgery), heart failure, coronary artery disease and cardiac imaging.
Dr. Maffett is board certified in cardiovascular medicine, internal medicine and nuclear cardiology. He is a member of several professional societies including: American College of Cardiology, American Medical Association, Ohio Medical Association.
