MEDIA ESCORTS
For patient confidentiality purposes, hospital policies require members of the media to be escorted by the media relations staff at OSU Wexner Medical Center when on the premises. A staff member will gladly make parking arrangements, notify the appropriate hospital staff and assist you in finding your destination.
STAND UPS/LIVE BROADCASTS
Media often conduct stand ups and live broadcasts on the Medical Center campus. In the interest of patient confidentiality and traffic flow, a staff member will assist you with finding the best location for your story. The best location for live stand ups is across the street from the plaza, and also provides a nice view of The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center marquee located on top of University Hospital. Please set up on the grass strip between Medical Center Drive and 8th Ave. Parking is available on 8th Ave.
AUDIO/VIDEO CAPABILITIES
