What would you call nationally recognized medical expertise in a convenient neighborhood location with plenty of free parking? Here at The Ohio State University Medical Center, we call it CarePoint.
At Ohio State, we understand that the health services you need most often should be provided in a way that is both comprehensive and convenient. So we created CarePoint, healthcare centers that combine a variety of outpatient health services in a single location, right in your community. CarePoint centers are large enough to offer a long list of services and physicians, yet small enough to be welcoming and easy to navigate.
With advances in medical and information technology, we can provide physician specialists and medical services in the community that formerly required a traditional hospital setting. For example, CarePoint locations house specialties like cardiology, orthopaedics and infectious diseases because we have laboratories, diagnostic radiology facilities and outpatient surgical facilities right on-site.
And, the compassionate care and personalized attention delivered at CarePoint are of the same quality found at the Medical Center.
