Imaging Services 

Advances in imaging services at OSU Medical Center make working in radiology services extremely exciting. The Medical Center developed the first completely filmless and paperless radiology system in the country, enabling physicians to retrieve digital diagnostic images instantly.

OSU Medical Center is partnering with many major imaging vendors to develop new applications for state-of-the-art imaging equipment.  Being part of radiology services at OSU Medical Center provides you with professional growth and involvement in innovative procedures and techniques that are changing the role of radiology in detection and diagnosis.

Once you join our imaging team, there is a formal six-week orientation program to ensure your career at OSU Medical Center gets off to a strong start. In addition to on-the-job learning, continuing educational offerings are an integral part of each staff member’s education. OSU offers opportunity for advancement into special procedure areas such as MRI, CT, Interventional Radiology, the cardiac cath lab, PET/CT, mammography and ultrasound. 

There’s also an opportunity to contribute to the future of the radiology profession.  The OSU Radiology Department is affiliated with the Allied School of Medicine as a clinical site for radiology students.  Educating students is an important part of our mission.
